内容摘要： 由于和田绿洲面积有限，在农村随着人口的不断增长，人均耕地面积相对缩小，富余劳动力问题日益突出，转移富余劳动力成为当地政府部门工作的一部分，政府部门面对农村富余劳动力多、劳动者素质不高、缺少劳动技能等特点，通过多种途径转移农村富余劳动力，在转移劳动力过程中积累了丰富的经验，一些农民通过外出务工实现了脱贫致富，并在务工过程中学到了劳动技能。奎雅乡阿其克乌依村就是和田维吾尔族农民转移农村富余劳动力的典范，该村农民在外出务工中积累了丰富的经验，对此研究具有一定的现实意义。

Abstract: Surphls labor issue has become prominent in Hotan as the oasis is limited, the population keeps growing, and the farming land per capita dwindles relatively. To transfer the surplus labor has been part of the local governments＇ job. The local governments have transferred the surplus labor force by various means in light of their low quality and little skills. Experiences are accumulated. Some have shaken off poverty and become prosperous. Aqikwuyi village is a typical example. A study of this village will prove practically significant.
