内容摘要： 该文从我国民族政策应该坚持完善还是颠覆替代、民族自然融合还是人为强制融合、中国能否“改制建省”、如何看待各民族共同繁荣以及我国现行的民族政策的诸多方面进行思考，并对“二代民族政策”论作出质疑和回应。

Abstract: This paper makes a study on such ethnic policy issues as ＂whether China＇ s ethnic policy should be carried on and improved or denied and replaced＂, ＂whether China should cancel the self- rule of minority regions＂, ＂ how we should view shared ethnic prosperity＂ and ＂on- going China＇ s ethnic policy＂. Also, the paper makes queries o.n ＂the second -generation ethnic policy＂.
