内容摘要： 文章通过对黄南州少数民族干部队伍建设问题的深入调查，分析了黄南州少数民族干部队伍建设中存在的实际问题，并就加强少数民族干部队伍建设提出了具体的建议和对策。

Abstract: By investigating the problems of constructing the minority cadre steam，this paper analyzes the practi-calproblems in the construction of the minority cadre steam in Huangnan and puts forward the concrete suggestions and counter measures to strengthen the minority cadre steam.
