内容摘要： 随着中蒙两国经贸领域互利合作以及科教文化等领域交流合作的不断深化，中蒙两国政治互信不断增强，以2011年6月蒙古国总理访华为契机，中蒙睦邻互信伙伴关系提升为中蒙战略伙伴关系。中蒙两国战略伙伴关系的基础是人文领域的交流，纽带是经贸领域的合作，目标是深入推进两国政治领域的互信。中蒙战略伙伴关系的建立将对21世纪中蒙两国关系的发展产生积极影响，对于俄蒙关系、美蒙关系及日蒙关系也将产生重大影响。

Abstract: With cooperation in economy and trade, as well as exchanges in science, education and culture between China and Mongolia, political mutual trust between the two countries has been strengthened. A visit to China by Mongolian Premier in June of 2011 uplifted the neighborly partnership relation between the two countries to a strategic partnership relation. In this relation, the foundation is exchanges in the field of humanity, the link is economic and trade cooperation and the goal is deepening political mutual trust. The establishment of a strategic partnership relation will produce a great influence not only on the relation between the two countries in the 21st century but also on the relations between Russia, America as well as Japan and Mongolia.
