内容摘要： 近年来，内蒙古草原地区矿产资源开发的数量、规模都大大增加，极大地促进了内蒙古经济社会的发展。但是在开发的过程中，产生了一系列带有民族色彩的社会矛盾，其特点是：突发性、复杂性、连锁反应性、民族性，如何解决这些日益突显的矛盾，是做好矿产资源开发与环境保护，保障祖国北疆生态安全与促进内蒙古经济社会和谐发展的重要问题。

Abstract:  In recent years, the number and scope of the mineral resources development in Inner Mongolia steppe region were greatly increased, which greatly promoted the economic and social development in Inner Mongo- lia. However,a series of social conflicts with national characteristics emerged in the development process, and they had the features of Burstiness, complexity, chain - reacting character and nationality. How to solve these increasing- ly highlighted contradiction？ It is significant for the development of mineral resources and environmental protection, for the ecological security in Northern China, and for the harmonious development of economics and social issues in Inner Mongolia.
