内容摘要： 我国城市化不断发展，使更多少数民族流动人口不断进入城市，如何更好地促进少数民族流动人口融入城市，彰显城市多民族社会的活力与魅力，促进城市和谐发展繁荣，是当前我国民族关系发展面临的重大课题。文章以贵阳市为调查对象，进行了深入的调查与思考，提出了促进少数民族流动人口更好地融入城市，构建多民族和谐共生的城市社会的建议。

Abstract: With the development of urbanization, more and more minority people are entering cities. It is argued that the promotion of the social integration of urban minority people can dis- play the charms of multiethnic cities and contribute to urban harmonious development. With Guiyang as a case, this paper puts forward some suggestions concerned based on surveys.
