内容摘要： 云南少数民族文化资源丰富，其中民族节日丰富多彩且各具特色。这些节日因有民族性、地域性、历史性、趣味性和多样性等特征，能满足人们求知、求新、求乐、求异的心理需求，从而使其具有旅游开发价值。在政府引导和民众积极参与下，加大对少数民族的节日文化资源开发，可使民族文化成为民族地区经济发展的一个推动力。这对于促进民族地区的经济发展、优化劳动力结构、增加农户收入、扩大对外交流等方面具有重要作用。

Abstract: Yunnan enjoys plentiful ethnic culture resources and colorful ethnic festivals with different characteristics. Being peculiarly ethnic, geographic, historic, entertaining and diverse, these festivals can satisfy people＇s curiosity, novelty, happiness and diversity needs, thus they have the values of tourism development. With the help of the government and the active participation of peopie, strengthening the resource development of the ethnic festivals can become a driving force of economic development in ethnic areas. This will play an important role in promoting economic development there, optimizing the structure of the labor force, increasing farmers＇ income and expanding foreign exchanges.
