内容摘要： 文章从文化的角度分析青海藏族聚居区寺院与信教群众的求—助关系；调查青海藏族聚居区民间社会福利形式，阐述传统的助人服务模式，探求以政府为主导，藏族聚居区寺院与社会工作机构整合的社会福利模式。

Abstract: This article analyses the asking and helping relations between Qinghai Tibetan temples and the reli- gious mass from the prospective of Tibetan culture. We investigate the form of folk social welfare in Qinghai Tibetan areas and set forth the traditional model of help so as to explore the social welfare model of integrating the Tibetan temples and the social work under the guidance of government.
