内容摘要： 跨境婚姻已成为边疆民族地区普遍存在的社会现象，并在人口学特征、地域特征、社会结构特征等方面呈现出新态势。边疆民族地区的发展差异、性别比失衡、传统小社会三大社会现实问题是跨境婚姻形成的主要动力机制，跨境婚姻的大量存在，给边疆民族地区带来一系列显性或隐性的社会问题，成为影响国家安全与社会稳定的重要变量。

Abstract: Cross- border marriage in the minority borderland has become popular and has new demographic, geographical and social features. The differences in development, gender imbalance and the traditional local society are the three motives of cross - border marriage, which might cause different social problems and affect the national security and social stability.
