内容摘要： 随着非物质文化遗产保护工作的深入开展，引发了把各类、各级非物质文化遗产作为旅游资源而加以开发利用的热潮。这一有意识的作为对地方经济实力、文化形象等都有了一定程度的提升，但因为诸多因素的影响，同时也不同程度地带来对非物质文化遗产保护的一些负面影响，如政府及当地民众对其保护传承的"无意识"作为等。现已蜚声国内外的旅游景区贵州雷山县西江苗寨即是如此。

Abstract: The intangible cultural heritage protection has attracted widespread attention,for it contributes to local economic power and cultural image.With the Xijiang Miao Village of Leishan County,Guizhou Province,as an example,this paper studies the conscious development and the government and villagers’ "unconscious" protection of this intangible cultural heritage.
