内容摘要： 对少数民族地区非物质文化遗产法律保护价值展开分析，剖析当前保护过程中的缺失，借鉴域外地区有益做法，采取具有针对性、可行性的非物质文化遗产法律保障机制。

Abstract: This paper studies the value concerning the legal protection of intangible cultural heritage in West China minority areas,points out the problems concerned and proposes a feasible mechanism.
