内容摘要： 在民族民间文化正遭受日益严重的冲击濒临消亡的现实情况下，如何培育民族文化传承人、如何充分发挥他们的重要作用，值得思考和研究。通过对黔东南非物质文化遗产代表性传承人和黔东南具有民族特色中小学校的调查，分析传承人的当代生境与传承活动存在的问题，各学校"民族文化进课堂"教育传承情况，进而对保护传承人以及传承人培育方面进行思考。

Abstract: Under the situation when the ethnic culture is encountering a serious problem of vanishing,how to train the successors of the ethnic culture and how to bring their initiatives into full play have become an issue worthy of our attention and research.Based on a survey of the representing successors of the Miao and the Dong intangible heritage and of the schools characterized by ethnic minority cultures in Qiandongnan Prefecture,the present paper conducts an analysis of the present living conditions for the successors and the problems in their inheriting activities,and the situation of "bringing ethnic culture into school",and puts forward some specific measures to promote the protection and training of successors for the culture.
