内容摘要： 黔东南苗族议榔习俗改革是当代社会背景下民族村寨维护社会稳定或调整伦理道德规范的迫切需要的产物，是苗族村寨议榔传统习俗的当代传承，是政府、学会、民间三方合力互动的结果，是主流文化参照下的民俗文化革新。当代黔东南苗族议榔习俗改革对民族村寨移风易俗、和谐发展正在产生深远影响。

Abstract: The ＂Yilang＂ custom reform of the Miao people in Qiandongnan Prefecture, Province is a product of circumstances for social stability or ethics regulation in Guizhou the modern society as well as a result of inheritance of traditional customs and the interaction beween government, association and folk. It is also a reform of folk custom culture in refer- race to the dominating culture. It is argued that the modern reform of the ＂Yilang＂ custom of the Miao people in Qiandongnan Prefecture, Guizhou Province has far-reaching effect on village custom improvement and harmonious development.
