内容摘要： 保护和传承六盘水苗族跳花节有三大工作需要落实。首先，要完善其保护制度；其次，扩大传承队伍；再次，大力发展文化产业，从根本上稳固六盘水苗族跳花节的重要地位。

Abstract:  It is argued that three jobs must be done in order to protect and inherit the Miao people＇ s Tiaohua Festival in Liupanshui, Guizhou Province. First, the protection system must be improved. Second, the inheritance team should be expanded. Third, the culture industry must be emphasized.
