内容摘要： 近年来．急速消亡的少数民族文化引起了社会广泛的关注，大量的非政府组织投身于少数民族文化保护的事业中来，为挽救和传承少数民族文化发挥了不可替代的作用。但是由于我国现有的法律框架和管理体制存在缺陷以及非政府组织自身尚有不足之处，存在诸多问题，这需要从以下几个方面加以改善：首先，加强与政府合作，拓展生存空间；其次，拓宽资金筹集渠道，创新人才机制；再次，加强自身建设与宣传，强化外部监督与控制。

Abstract: In recent years, the rapid disappearance of the minority culture has aroused widespread concern in the community, and a large number of non-governmental organizations are involved in the protection of minority culture in the cause, playing an irreplaceable role in the inheritance of ethnic culture. However, because China＇s existing legal framework and manage- ment system is flawed and non-governmental organizations are still inadequate, there are many problems. The following aspects should be improved： first, to strengthen the cooperation with the government, and to expand the living space; second, to broaden the financing channels, talent mechanism innovation; third, to strengthen the self-construction and publicity, and to strengthen the external supervision and control.
