内容摘要： 少数民族文化中蕴含着丰富的社会主义核心价值观的文化资源，它是社会主义核心价值观形成和认同的文化基础、培育平台和载体。社会主义核心价值观是少数民族文化精华的提炼和升华，发展的价值引领，提升的价值导向，创新的发展方向。对于我国少数民族地区培育社会主义核心价值观的有效路径必须立足于对少数民族文化有益资源的挖掘和做到把少数民族文化遗产的保护开发与创新、少数民族文化的发展、民族文化的建设实践、民族文化凝聚功能的发挥相结合来培育和践行社会主义核心价值观。

Abstract: There are abundant cultural resources of socialist core values in minority cultures, which are the basis and nurturing platform and carrier in the formation and identity of socialist core values. Socialist core values are the development and sublimation of the essence of minority cultures. There are five proper approaches to the formation of the core values of socialism in minority areas of China, that is, the continuous exploitation of good resources of minority cultures, the proper protection, de- velopment and innovation of minority cultural heritages, the continuous development of minority cul- tures, the quick construction of minority cultures; the implementation of the core values of socialism with a strong cohesive force of minority cultures.
