内容摘要： 生活歌是最具生活气息的歌谣类型，在民众日常生活中起着极为重要的作用。本文对流传于青藏地区的劳动歌、时政歌、仪式歌和儿歌做了民族志式的深描，并对其中蕴含的民俗文化内涵进行学理分析和归纳总结。

Abstract: Folk life song is the most life ballad type,in people＇s daily life plays an extremely important role. In this paper, the convection in the Qinghai Tibet area labor songs, the political song, ritual songs and children＇s songs do ethnographic deep description,trying to contain the folk custom culture connotation of theoretical analysis and summing up on its folk cultural connotations.
