内容摘要： 受近代东亚国际形势和外交秩序影响，光绪朝清廷开始对中朝传统宗藩关系进行改造。时人为增强这一关系提出了诸多建议，清廷也开始用近代的政治、经济、外交、军事等手段去加以强化。此等努力虽在一定程度上强化了这一关系，但终难逃失败命运。甲午战争，中国挫败，不仅导致这一关系彻底终结，而且导致日本开始奴役中国和朝鲜。历史显示:中国富强发达不会给朝鲜带来威胁，相反，中国软弱却不利于中国和朝鲜的安全与安定。

Abstract: Under the influence of the different factors,the traditional Suzerain-Vassal relationship between China and Korea had changed during the Ruling of Guangxu.The change not only embodied the advice that had been provided by some people whose purpose was to strengthen the relationship,but also embodied the hope to rebuild the traditional relationship through the development of politics,economy,diplomacy and military.In some degree,these actions not only strengthened the Suzerain-Vassal Relationship between China and Korea during the Ruling of Guangxu,but also featured the traditional relationship modern characteristics.Anyhow,it can not escape the total collapse of the history fate.China’s lost in the war of 1894 and Japan’s rejection of the Suzerain-Vassal relationship between China and Korea led to the final collapse of the traditional relationship.
