内容摘要： 唃厮啰政权是北宋时期由甘青吐蕃部族建立起来的地方民族政权，在青海地方史上占据着重要的地位。本文在前人研究的基础上，探讨了唃厮啰政权兴起与发展，认为唃厮啰政权的兴起与当时甘青地区吐蕃部族发展的历史、地域有着十分密切的关系。

Abstract: Gusiluo Regum was the national and regional regime founded by Tibetan in Gansu and Qinghai Provinces in the BeiSong Dynasty, which occupied the important status in local history of Qinghai. This article investigates the development of Gusiluo Regime based on the previous studies, and concluds that its rise was related to its history of development and its region in Gansu and Qinghai Provinces.
