内容摘要： 本文对明清时期土族传统社会管理体制进行了粗略梳理，认为土族传统管理理念和方式不仅有效地维护了地区稳定，而且对当下民族地区社会管理具有一定的启示。

Abstract: This paper combs the management system of Tu nationality traditional society during the Ming and Qing dynasties. I think the concept and methods of Tu nationality traditional management system not only effectively maintain the stability of the region but also have certain enlightenment to the present social management in ethnic minonty areas.
