内容摘要： 十六国时期吐谷浑在青海地区建立政权，尽管这个政权偏居一隅，并与当时内地政权对峙，但它一直非常明确地认同“中国”，无论是在政权首领名号的选择使用上、历代国主的日常言语中，还是在处理与周边政权的关系问题上，都非常清楚地体现了这一特点。

Abstract: Tuyuhun set up the political power in Qinghai ased in the comer and confronted the inland power, it name of the power leader, their daily words but also in during the sixteen kingdoms. Though the power was biidentified definitely with China. It embodied not only in the dealing with the relations with the surrounding regime.
