内容摘要： 20世纪20年代以来，西北地区陆续出土了11方唐代吐谷浑慕容氏墓志。不少学者利用墓志从吐谷浑史和唐吐关系方面入手进行了研究。由于志文的残缺以及其内容和史传记载相矛盾，学界对其研究成果不尽一致，有些问题尚需要进一步研究。

Abstract: Eleven epitaphs of the Murongshi of the Tuyuhun Kingdom in the Tang dynasty have been successive- ly unearthed in the northeast of China since the 1920s. Many scholars have conducted researches on the history of the Tuyuhun Kingdom and its relationship with Tang Dynasty by using the epitaphs. Because of the incomplete epi- taphs, and because its content is inconsistent with its record, the academic research can＇ t reach an agreement. Thus, some problems need further study.
