内容摘要： 隆庆五年（1571），“俺答封贡”实现，为了维护蒙古与明朝之间的封贡互市大局，顺义王阿勒坦汗及其继承者前后共四次宣立有关的法规条约，内容涉及多个方面。法规对维护明蒙封贡互市关系发挥了积极作用，对蒙古习惯法产生了影响。

Abstract: The Ahan-qan and his successors after him who were granted the title of shun-yi-wang （ Obedient and Right- eous Prince） promulgated four times ＂Regulations and Agreements＂ related to tribute and trade in order to maintain the tribute and trade relations between the TOmed and Ordos Mongols and Ming Dynasty after ＂An Da Feng Gong＂ （ Altan-qan＇s being gran- ted the title of prince and presenting tribute to the Ming Court） accomplished in 1571. The Regulations concerning various aspects of the tribute and trade played a positive role in maintaining the tribute and trade relations, and had great influence on the Mongo- lian customary laws and regulations afterwards.
