内容摘要： 本文主要对黑水城所出《西夏榷场使文书》中所见之川绢、河北绢兑换比率问题进行了考释，并结合史料简单分析了宋金时期川绢、河北绢价格对比变动问题。通过史料可见，北宋时期直到南宋绍兴年间，河北绢价格一直高于川绢，而到乾道年间之后，金朝绢价大幅降低，其绢价大幅低于南宋绢价。

Abstract: The paper studies the exchange rate of the silk produced in Sichuan and the silk produced in Hebei in Documents of Xixiz Market the was discovered in Blackwater city and analyzes the change of the price of the silk. On the basis of historical materials , the paper draws the conclusion that the price of silk produced in Hebei was much higher than the price of silk produced in Sichuan from North Song to South Song. After Qiandao, the price of silk  in Jin dynasty was lower than the price of silk in South Song.
