内容摘要： 国家实力的增强离不开经济的发展，经济的发展则要依托一个稳定有序的政治环境，而公民政治参与的程度是衡量政治民主化水平的一个重要维度。少数民族政治参与是公民政治参与重要的组成部分，青海是一个多民族聚居的特殊省份，而土族是青海独有的一个少数民族群体，对其进行深入的研究具有重要的价值。本文基于对互助县大庄村和下李村的实地调研，在对两村土族青年妇女的政治参与状况调研的基础上，分析、总结影响其政治参与的诸种因素，以期为该地少数民族政治民主化水平的提高提供一定的智力支持。

Abstract: It depends on the development of economy to strength a country while the development of e- conomy is to rely on a stable political environment. The degree of citizen＇s political participation is an im- portant dimension It） measure tile level of political democratization. The political participation of the Mi- nority nationality is the importmnt part of citizen s political participation since Qinghai is a special province with multi--ethnic population. The Tu nationality is a unique ethnic group in Qinghai,it is particularly im- portant to do some further research which is based oil spot investigation, oil the basis of analysis, summa- rizes all kinds of factors affected their political participation about the young rural women , which would provide a certain amount of intellectual support in tile improvement of the level of political democracy.
