内容摘要： 新中国成立以来，我国藏族聚居区各项社会事业得到了长足的发展，但由于受自然条件、发展环境及其它方面的制约，藏族聚居区的经济发展总体水平仍然较低，社会发展相对滞后。鉴此，本刊邀请西北民族大学学报主编，藏族学者杨士宏先生就藏族聚居区社会发展问题进行访谈，旨在为全面实现＂和谐藏区、文化藏区、生态藏区、幸福藏区＂的目标，大力推进藏族聚居区各项事业跨越式发展献计出力。

Abstract: Since the founding of new China, the various social undertakings have developed rapidly in Tibetan areas. But the natural conditions, the developing environment and the other causes restrict its social development, the level of its economic development remains low in Tibetan areas. To change this situation as soon as possible, we interview Mr. Yang Shihong, a Tibetan scholar and an editor of Journal of Northwest University for Nationalities, to discuss the questions of social development in Tibetan areas so as to offer advice for harmonious Tibetan areas, cultural Tibetan areas, ecological Tibetan areas and happy fulfilling the goals of realizing Tibetan areas and improve thevarious social undertakings in Tibetan areas by leaps and bounds.
