内容摘要： 本文结合西藏考古材料和历史文献，对西藏山南地区卓卡寺残存的壁画和历史进行了考查和研究，笔者认为卓卡寺壁域所绘制的内容为佛传故事，绘制年代应该是在吐蕃末期。此壁画的发现，改变了人们认为西藏腹地不存在有表现世俗人物的吐蕃壁画的观点。同时对佛传故事图粉本的源流研究等也具有极其重要的价值和意义。

Abstract: In this article, the author aims to study the remnant of murals in the Gro-khar temple in Shaanan Prefec- ture, Tibet, and its history by juxtaposing Tibetan archaeological materials with textual records. The author proposes that the murals in the Gro-khar temples present Buddha＇ s legendary stores dating back to the epilogue of the Tibetan Empire. The dis- covery of the murals challenges and changes a once-dominated view that the iconography of secular and daily figures in Tibetan murals did not exist in the heartland of Tibet. Meanwhile, the discovery is significant for the study of the origin and develop- ment of paintings presenting Buddha＇s legendary stories.
